Are there restrictions to building? Are there neighbors with a front-yard junkyard nearby? and many more variable.  All land, no matter how close it is to another parcel, has different value.

We are investors, in order to make a profit and stay in business, we simply cannot pay full retail prices, even if one could establish what ‘full retail’ might be for the parcel.  That said, sometimes land sits on the market for months or even years before it sells, sometimes sellers get discouraged and decide to take it off the market due to lack of interest from buyers after a lot of effort and time spent trying to get it sold.  We provide you with a clear path to cash in your bank account for the land we buy.

Q:  Is there any obligation when I submit my info?
